Lauren is great! She emphasizes good form so you get the most out of your workouts! She pushes you to do your best and is very knowledgeable and organized. I make their programs personalized. I meet them where they are at and we build a routine and healthy habits from there that are sustainable. Workouts are efficient, effective and thought out for each individual client. I provide variety so you will never have the same workout twice. We really work on correct form from the "get-go" to prevent injury and build confidence for lifts outside of the gym.

Helping change people's lives (I have had clients say this to me). I know personal training is my PURPOSE. If I could do anything in the world, it would be what I am doing now- personal training. I love the human body and mind and seeing both transform throughout this journey. I want to walk through this AMAZING journey with you!

I learned I loved personal training in college (I went to Ohio University and graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology). I trained professors and helped one of my first clients lose 10 pounds. This set my heart on fire. I wanted to help so many more people reach their goals. 3.5 years ago, I decided to take the leap of faith and start "Body of Steele" because I knew that this was what I was supposed to be doing!

I have a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University. I am also a Nutrition Coach through ACSM. I have been personal training for a total of 6 years. Through my education, experience and own trial and error, I have developed a program that is safe, efficient and effective. You don't have to be in the gym for hours everyday to see results. I am a female owned business. I work on nutrition with you, teaching moderation and having your "non-negotiables". I provide accountability and feedback every week. I tailor your program specifically and diligently towards your goals.

I provide online training services that you can do anywhere and anytime. This is done through a fitness app. I customize the program for you. There are videos of each exercise. Nutrition help is also included- meal ideas, calorie goals, grocery lists, etc. There are weekly check ins for feedback and accountability.

I train at a gym that is only for personal trainers. I train in my own pod. It will just be you and me with no interruptions or "close quarters. I also wipe down each piece of equipment before we use it. If you feel safer with wearing a mask, you can (so can I).
