I cannot say enough good things about Body Mechanix! I have been going there for two years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. They are the most knowledgeable people I have ever had experience with helping me with my pain and body inconsistencies. My whole makeup has been changing and I have more pain free days than pain filled. The environment is so clean and tranquil I am immediately relaxed upon walking in, and I leave with the most amazing smelling skin thanks to the wonderful lotion they use. After a year of back and side pain and several unsuccessful physical therapy sessions, Amanda at Body Mechanix has finally given me relief. She talked to me, took the time to understand what was happening with my body, and targeted the problem. After one session (and several days later), I was walking and sitting with almost zero pain when previously it was around a 6-7 on the pain scale. After the second, I can now go back to normal life and exercise, looking forward to going back to the gym. I won't lie, the sessions can be painful at the time but the result for me has been extraordinary. I can't say that will be everyone's experience. I had not suffered an injury, this was a long-term issue. A two session response is only my experience and probably not the norm, certainly unlikely for a specific injury. The staff was also very happy and supportive to see me in a better state, they're fabulous, very engaged in their clients' situations and clearly happy for me that treatments were successful and pain is relieved. I'll return for regular maintenance treatment to stay on the course and remain pain-free. More...
