I started going to Janet in February for a shoulder injury. She took the time to understand my issue and devolop an exercise routine to strengthen the muscles around the injury and change the way I was positioning my shoulder to limit further damage and begin the healing process. She has always taken time with me and I have never felt rushed. She makes sure she has tiime to explain what she is doing and why and what changes I should make in the way I do things to prevent further damage. I would recommend Janet to anyone who needs physcial therapy. She is wonderful at what she does. More...
