Review from 2/16/19 visit:I received a Wolf Deep Tissue massage from Stella Marcel, to also include other modalities at Stella's discretion. My session was physically transformational, providing an immediate release from carpel tunnel pain in my right wrist, and soreness in my back and neck. If you are also looking for better movement; this form of what I prefer to call physical therapy, is the choice for you. Two days after my visit, I was still feeling the effects of my massage, and it appears as though the results will be long lasting. Some of the reviews I came across emphasized Stella's experience and results with colon hydrotherapy, and I was a little apprehensive about scheduling an appointment because that was not my focus. I went in for a 90 minute Stella 'Ssage, and probably received one of the best health consultations and massage services ever. It is so amazing what value the Stella 'Ssage package contains. Stella basically gives you a thorough health evaluation where she examines your lifestyle, habits, symptoms, and needs, and then develops a plan with you. It is so valuable because she is able to and organize a strategy for you by using her vast wisdom and holistic approach, and puts it all together with you. She is really able to lay out what steps you need to start taking to achieve your health goals. You can tell she is really focused on you as a client and human being because she listens intently to your issues, and is able to find so many connections to underlying symptoms and habits that may be causing something you had no idea was affecting you. It was mind blowing how much I learned about health, the body, and nutrition. I thought I knew a fair amount, but I was definitely amazed by how much interesting options and techniques Stella is aware of. In addition to all of Stella's technical knowledge about the body and anatomy she is one of the kind and thoughtful health professionals I have ever had the privilege of receiving help from. I can't thank Stella enough for her generosity and compassion when it comes to truly wanting to help you better yourself as a person. One tip, if you are booking a Stella 'Ssage or possibly any service for that matter- When you are submitting your appointment it is useful if you put a few notes about what symptoms you are suffering, and what health goals you are trying to achieve. It really helps the appointment take off from the start, and Stella can hit the ground running with investigating your health profile. And when filling out forms, feel free to be completely honest with your habits and lifestyle.
