Personal training is not just a job to me, it is “who I am”.

My passion flows out of my heart and the very depth of my soul, having been in the world-of-fitness for over 5 decades. My father (3 x AAU Gold medalist on the rings) even had me exercising as a youth.

Wally cares very much about his clients meeting their fitness and health goals. He obliged me in sending me texts to make sure I come in regularly and makes sure I work hard when I'm at the gym. In a month I've lost 10 pounds and my % body fat has dropped 6 points! More...

I have been training with Wally since August 6, 2017. He creates an atmosphere that is enjoyable and fun while providing guidance for exercises to increase strength, balance and overall well being. Working with Wally provides the benefits of a personal trainer while remaining affordable as he trains several clients simultaneously. His equipment is more than adequate and he provides clear instruction on its use. In June of 2017, I had total knee replacement surgery. Been having a lot of struggles getting back in shape and trying to build muscle in my legs as well as losing weight. One day I was driving on Columbia Road and noticed a sign that said Body by Wally. So I decided to google and find out more what was Body by Wally. I read reviews and one review I read was about a lady having knee surgery as well as other surgeries and Wally got her in shape. I can honestly say that I have paid for trainers at certain membership gyms and was never happy with the outcome. Fast forward here it is Oct. 18, 2017 and I want to tell everyone that I am so thankful GOD directed me into meeting Wally. Just over 5 weeks, I have lost 3 lbs and 4 inches. Now to some people that doesn't seem like a lot but you have to remember I'm still recovering from my knee surgery; therefore, I'm somewhat limited on some of the exercises. But with the help of Wally's knowledge and expertise plus my dedication to improve myself, I can say my knee has improved tremendously. Bodybywally is awesome! Wally is a great personal trainer; very knowledgeable. I am older and have never really exercised other than walking and biking. He definitely knows how to make you love exercising. His studio is a great size and has all the perfect equipment. I highly recommend Wally if you desire the personal touch.
