How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by getting to know them on a 1-on 1 basis, and creating and tailoring a program specifically designed to get them results fast. Each client will want different results, the key is getting to know them and creating a FUN program for them.

What do you love most about your job?
I love watching my client's smile as they get happier and happier with how they look and how they feel. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients happy!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ever since I can remember I have been passionate about health and fitness. The Pandemic was a VERY rough time for a lot of people mentally and physically. Seeing this drove me to create my own programs at home, designed to stay in top shape, and take back our power! We all deserve to be happy and healthy, and that's exactly why I started my business - So I could share some of my knowledge with the world and in return, help others makes positive changes in their lives, ultimately leading to a happy, healthy life!

I have been told by all of my current and former clients I am the most passionate and positive trainer they have ever had. I believe fitness should be fun and exciting. Not only do I promise you incredible results fast, but I promise you we will laugh A LOT throughout the process.

I can provide both! Online is not a problem at all and I am happy to do so. Remote is possible in the Los Angeles area.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have made a specific workout program designed for Covid-19. This program works both online and remote.
In person I am happy to wear a mask and stay socially distanced from the client.
Fat Loss
Through education and years of experience, I have mastered the art of losing weight fast, in a fun and effective manner. Exercise doesn't have to be a chore. Together we can build a great program designed specifically for you AND have fun while doing so.

Mobility and Flexibilty
Reach down and touch your toes. Can't reach? Feel outta breath? Muscles hurt? Give me less than two weeks and i'll take those doubts and cant's away fast. I've created a surplus amount of tailored workouts, and I have plenty designed for flexibility and mobility. Not only will you be more flexible, have less pressure on the spine, but you will feel incredible as well!
Calisthenic
It is my pure belief that one of the best looking and moving bodies a human can have, is that of one built from calisthenics. Simply put, calisthenics is exercise using only your body weight, or free weights. No machines, no large items needed. I've put a ton of work into building the perfect calisthenic body for myself, and can now gladly help others achieve theirs! Look and feel great the calisthenic way!
