As someone with like absolutely no fitness background, Drake has already helped me and made me feel so much healthier in the few sessions I’ve had with him! 10/10 would recommend!

Drake is the best. He is professional, personable, knowledgable and caring. Trust me, hire him and he will change your life. Here is my own personal story with Drake. A couple years back I broke my heal and ankle so badly that my doctors told me I would never run again. While i was able to get back to running once in awhile, I did so in great pain. I also completely abandoned leg work outs because they were so painful. I even had to pass several job opportunities because standing on my feet for anything more then a few hours meant I couldn't walk for days afterwards. As fate would have it I eventually found Drake. He seemed sure that with the right training I could improve my ankle and build my legs back up. It was a long journey (8 months as of writing this), but with Drakes training program and patience I was able to overcome my in jury and finally return to my pre-injury self. After discussing the resolution with Dr Omon he gave me hope that he will restore my relationship. I felt confident that he will actually make my lover to return home and he did exactly what he said and what i expected! It’s was just a miracle what this great spell caster his help is priceless! I feel like I’ve just hit a jackpot! I only had 3 sessions so far and I already know, we will have many more! Super impressed and comfortable with Drake! Drake is a Pro, plain & simple. I've been attending "Body by Drake" semi-private group for 4 months now. He can construct the perfect workout to anyone no matter what physical limitations you have yet helps to push you outside your comfort zone to achieve your goals! I used to work out at Orangethory & Club Pilates for 2 years & got tired of the same routine. Drake's approach on combining weight lifting, Cardio, bands & good amount of stretching is the perfect workout for me. (Orangetheory & Pilates in1) I wake up at 5 am. to attend the 7 am class and always greeted with the biggest smile.He is very supportive & cares about your Mind, Body & Soul. I am in the last few days of Drake’s 6 week challenge, and can’t believe that it’s coming to an end already! I have dabbled in light strength training in the past, but have always focused mainly on cardio. After this 6 week challenge, I’m convinced that strength training is far superior to cardio when it comes to weight and fat loss, and overall fitness. I’ve been taking 4-5 classes a week (class sizes are very small, usually about 4 people), have lost about 10 lbs, and have definitely gained some strength and muscle! I’d recommend the 6 week challenge to anyone who is new to strength training because Drake will explain how to do every exercise along the way. I’d also recommend it to those who just need a good kick in the butt to get them back into a solid exercise routine. I never once dreaded having to go to a class because the hour-long sessions always flew by so fast. You will get a total body workout in every session, and every single class is different, so you never experience the exact same workout more than once. I also really appreciated that most of the exercises we did were compound exercises (hitting more than one muscle at a time), so we really made the most of hour-long sessions. Drake also checked in with me just about every single day via text to make sure that I was on track with my food choices and cardio (on non-class days). The check-ins really helped to motivate me and hold me accountable. (‘I can’t eat this cookie, my macros need to be on point when I send them to Drake!’). Overall it’s been a great experience. Drake worked with me from mid September 2015 and I lost 18 lbs. He taught me how to exercise and eat healthy. I was constantly texting him whats good to eat and what is not. I'm going to try for a additional 10 lbs loss before spring. Drake has the knowledge on how to do this!

My son, a junior in HS, went to Drake and really benefited. He not only gave him a comfort level in the gym but helped him weight lift in a safe manner for his age. Drake pushed him and made him do exercises that he helped him develop physically. He's in great shape because of Drake. He also has a wealth of nutrition information which is extremely important. I personally know Drake for over a decade now. I have seen him grow..ALOT! His passion for fitness is beyond great. For an individual to gain and lose weight on demand is not easy. I have trained with drake before I went to Vegas and he helped me lose a quick 15lb's in just 4 weeks. Drakes strategies and work out methods are very unique and easy to understand. I started working out with Drake when I was 16 weeks pregnant and it was great! He was very dedicated to have exercises that were safe for me and the baby while still getting a good sweat, he is very knowledgeable and will cater to your specific needs (body and health)

Drake is NASM certified, has a degree in kinesiology, has professionally competed in Body Building competitions, and has been personal training a variety of clientele for years. His extensive knowledge and background experience boosted my confidence that he would be the right man for the job.

I’m getting married this summer and spoke to Drake about my health and fitness goals. He customized a bridal workout and diet plan based on my desire to gain more muscle definition in my arms and glutes. I’m so impressed with his customer service, excellent communication skills and attentiveness during our workout sessions.

What sets Drake apart from other trainers is not only his commitment to my success, but the fact that he builds great relationships with his clients. Totally knows what he's talking about,walks the walk himself so a living testimony to me,very passionate about physical health and nutrition, I started with a nutrition plan,simple easy to follow,and will answer your questions 24/7,a 30lb wieght loss an it didn't hurt a bit,waiting for the next boot camp,crazy to waste your money on the fancy gyms if you dont know what your doing,things are explained the right and wrong way so that you eventually can work out and make it count,totally love this guy and will continue to follow his meal plans this year ,get the most for your money with great results,you will be telling others like I do,you'll see!

It is truly difficult to articulate the type of person and fitness trainer that Drake Susral is. I have been working with Drake for over two years now, and I have never met anybody more versatile and dedicated. When I say versatile I mean it. Whatever your goals are, he will give you the tools and motivation to achieve them. When I started with Drake I was a wrestler, plain and simple. I wanted to improve my strength, speed, and flexibility on the mat. Drake made it happen. Complete game changer during my last year competing. Then I switched gears and began the initial steps into my military career. This meant a completely different method of training, as I would now be developing myself as a tactical athlete rather than a wrestler. I am embarrassed to say that on my initial PT test I scored a 220 (out of 300). Now, after 6 months training with Drake, I never score below 290. That is just one of many ways (weight loss, PRs, waist size etc..) that I have been able to quantify the progress I've made with Drake. And I am not ashamed to say that, occasionally, I put the PT program on hold and reach out to Drake for a far more aesthetic training regime in preparation for Spring Break. So I say again, whatever your goals are, Drake will give you the tools and motivation to achieve, and even surpass them. The two qualities which make Drake a unique trainer are his professionalism and compassion. His professionalism goes unrivaled by other trainers, in my opinion. He always has been and always will be his own guinea pig. Unlike other personal trainers, he doesn't read the latest trending article or big fad in Men's Health or Bodybuilding. com, and proceed try it out with those he trains. He tries it himself; making the gym his lab and himself the lab rat. He will only incorporate movements and routines which he has rigorously tested and established are both safe and beneficial. Finally, his compassion is a characteristic which can be seen above all else. You will notice that not a single time in this post have I used the word client. That is because with Drake, it isn't your typical client-trainer relationship. He will be your new training partner. A true expert in his trade. Willing to help you in all dimensions of your fitness goals. Like any good training partner, he will expect you to have the desire to be there and put in work. He will push you to your limits. Working with him was no doubt one of the greatest experiences I've encountered. I would like to say thanks for the movement, motivation, and determination you've helped me develop. I quickly learned that without mental drive nothing would change.
After 4+weeks Body By Drake really kick started my effort for change. He gave me great direction and tools for success. He has an excellent personality and great communications skills. I highly recommend working with body by Drake if you want to get results.

I started training with Drake a little over 2 months ago and I must say I absolutely love it. Not only have I dropped weight and body fat but also increased my core strength. I feel lighter and more energized by following his very simple diet routine. Right from the start he knew my situation and was willing to work with me. Simply amazing, every routine is different to keep me interested and challenged. I would highly recommend him to those that want a better you. To feel more rejuvenated and to build a stronger you. On another note the gym is not packed and very clean. Gives you that personal feel of privacy that one needs.

Today I completed my second 1 hour session with Drake and by far the best personal training experience I've ever had in my life. His personal training experience, positive personality, friendly, respectable, etc. plus customization to your own training track keeps you engaged for success. I've already seen a change and thats thanks to Drake! Whether it is a lifestyle change, mixing up your regular routine, and/or making improvements Drake is your guy. You will not be disappointed. I went to Drake 8 times.

I loved it and it wasn't easy.

At the end of each session Drake knew he'd pulled me through.

I felt fabulous.

I wanted to continue but due to circumstances I wasn't able to.

My advice is to start with Drake.

You must continue. If you take time off for a month you're back to square 1.

Go...try him. He's awesome.
He's a good man. He's an awesome trainer.

I exercise daily but getting trained by Drake can change your body, your future,your life!!! I really like the feeling of having had a 1 hr work out and knowing my whole body is staying tuned up.

I recommend Body By Drake

My friend is gonna keep going. She's done so well with Drakes instruction she can't stop!!!

I am nearly 70 years old and have to be careful about weight training. Drake is gentle yet knowledgeable about what works for me. I have had more than 15 sessions and not one was a repeat. I started with Drake about 4 months ago. I was so impressed with his knowledge of fitness and exercise. I have been doing weight watchers for almost 6 months and am down 20 lbs. I was impressed with Drakes knowledge of nutrition. I would talk about the point system with weight watchers and even tho he didn't really know much about it (points) he was able to give me suggestions and ideas on meals and snacks. He is the right person if you want to change your body the right way. Exercises and nutrition!!! He is the right person for you.�
Added bonus, the gym he uses is NOT filled with 100's of people running around in tight workout clothes. It's a smaller facility and I felt at home right away. Easy parking and nice friendly people. Always a plus.

At the beginning of summer I purchased a groupon good for for two personal training sessions from body by Drake- its been years since the last time I was in really good shape and I want this to be the year that I get back on track in that department. Prior to going in to see Drake for the first time I had already been hitting the gym for a couple weeks so I was starting to tone up, but still on my way to the physique I'm shooting for. In my mind I was just going do the sessions to learn a few new lifts, but after training with Drake, I'd definitely like to become a regular client. Drake got me the kind of work out that I always strive for but never achieve on my own in the gym, plus it was actually fun the way he incorporates various exercises that one usually doesn't think of when they go the classic route at the gym. No doubt I'll get to the physique I'm trying to achieve if I continue training with Drake, he has a well rounded approach and knows how to keep you motivated! More...

Frankly, the personal trainer JACKPOT!It has been refreshing to work with a trainer that actually listens and looks for exercises that work best for me. Drake explained things to me in English not trainer mumbo jumbo.
