I have seen Barbara Arnold-Herzer numerous times to work on multiple issues. One is an old injury in my left foot that healed badly leaving me with a lack of sensation on the the three outside toes and the bottom outside of the ball of the foot. If you have questions, she will make herself available to make sure they are answered. Not just a massage...it's a transformation experience!! I have been going to Whole Frog for several years to get my "tune ups" from them. After developing a frozen shoulder which made it so I couldn't raise my arm above my head a friend recommended I see Barbara at WholeFrog. My friend said she was magical and after the first session I had to agree.  Her knowledge of muscles and anatomy are amazing. Just finished a full range bodywork massage with Stormy in WLV.  I was a wreck. I walked in with major knots and tingling all along my shoulder blades and scapula. I wanted to be tossed around and beaten up. Stormy stepped up to the plate and completely broke me. She spent 90 minutes digging, kneading, and pushing into the problem areas. I had a very peaceful and productive massage experience on my first visit to WholeFrog this week. Jessica has training beyond that of many who do this work, making adjustments to technique specific to my needs resulting in decreased stress and pain in my lower back and neck. Amazing care! I was severely injured in a car accident. I was told that my vertigo, my torn rotator (in three places) and frozen shoulder, my hand freezing up, the pain, the lack of sleep would be my life. The Neuro and Ortho were convinced they'd cause more injury and permanent damage with surgery. PT didn't help. I'm a mom of 6, own my own business and home-school my children - I am miserable trying to just do the basics of driving much less my normal life. After one session I could MOVE MY ARM - amazing! After a few sessions my arm moves - really moves, I can even lean on it without extreme pain! I'm sleeping better, have found the start to relief and healing for the first time in 18+months!! She's finding pain I wasn't focusing on and working on it... my hands are working better, as well! Vertigo, migraines, pain - she's working on it all and it's WORKING! Amazing staff, care, communication and they really care.

My children.. my four kids were in the car with me when we were impacted at full speed while stopped on the freeway. The doctors said the kids were too young to know their pain - but with constant pain and loss of strength, PT not working, CT Scans, MRI's and more - no one really knows how to help my kids. Watching my kids in pain is just the worst, they couldn't' raise their arms, headaches, dizzy spells, migraines, cranky pain filled little people - so horrible to watch! Working with Body By Design for my 8 year old and the other kids start soon, she's making so much progress. She feels FREE of pain for a while and that time is increasing! What a God-send. She's sleeping better, less headaches and tension, she's able to MOVE - actually move with out pain.

My other kids can't wait for the relief and will start this week with Body By Design - with what freedom I'm receiving and my 8 year old.. the Pediatrician, PT, Neuro all are at a loss on their pain - saying the kids will out-grow it. How? With help from Barbara and her staff - her amazing staff - they see relief and hope from the constant pain. I couldn't recommend this more. They treat the whole body, person and situation - she knew right where to go for my pain from describing the car accident whereas the doctors were at a loss and ignored so much. I truly don't know where to begin with my wonderful healing experience. My mom was visiting me from Ohio to spend our June Birthdays together. As a gift I purchased a facial and massage for both of us as a gift. Barbara gave us a wealth of information to use on a daily basis to work on trouble areas which we have started doing. Barbara is AMAZING! I've had leg muscle problems that I couldn't figure out for 15 years, which kept me from playing basketball all that time.
