How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I am a great listener and I often find that most people know exactly what they want, but are unsure of how to achieve their goals. That is my specialty. I turn your dreams into a fact-finding mission to show you the best and quickest way to get there.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Nothing beats regular exercise. A little bit every day always trumps overdoing exercise at irregular intervals.
What do you love most about your job?
I have been a full-time coach and fitness expert for over 30 years and I still love watching people achieve their goals and enjoy their life to its fullest.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have found that many gyms are not set up to really help people achieve their goals, but are more interested in your monthly dues continuing, even if you don't. I wanted every dollar invested to be a dollar and time well spent.
