I always push my clients to do their best but in a fun way. No yelling or screaming and never push beyond what they are ready for. If I can't do it, I do not expect them to do it. I am always right there with them doing the workout so I can determine the level, if it needs to go up or down. Lots of variety and modifications for those who might need it.

Consistency is KEY! You have to come to class & put the work in. Your diet plays are major role as well.

I love seeing my clients get the results they are looking for and enjoy coming to class everyday.

I have always been active and into sports so for me, this was a natural fit.

Friendly, fun environment. Modified to your fitness level, you are never singled out and each class is always different. Never the same workout so your body doesn't get accustomed to it and is always challenged.

Not currently, but can offer a written plan for a fee.

We have always been spaced out between clients and I provide hand sanitizer if you would need it. Everyone uses their own weights/mat.
