About

I have been in the fitness industry for about 7 yesrs. I have learned that the beat workout program is one that is well rounded. I wanted to create those programs. I also learned that mot every workout needs to be done in a gym and sometimes it’s just more comfortable to workout from home.

We start with small daily changes, and a weekly exercise program. Always keeping track of our “why” or our motivation along the way. Small steps fo the bigger picture!

A well-rounded workout. Unless you are specifically training for an event/competition of some kind, your training doesn’t need to be as focus in as you think. Balance.

Getting to see the results. The clients that really want it for themselves and really put in the work it takes. It is a long game, but it’s worth it. It is like having a toddler screaming at you for an hour only to cover you in chocolate kisses for 5 minutes right after. Most people don’t like to exercise while they’re doing it, but feel better after!

I am a new mom, and I wanted to started something that I could hopefully pass on one day. Something that would help others.

I understand that life happens. I am a new mom, and I know things are busy and times get hard. I am here to help make things a little easier for you by giving you guidance and kicking your goals butts !

I do virtual sessions for anyone outside of Naples, FL. Sometimes I can travel for sessions, but there is a travel fee based on location. Virtual sessions can be done via Zoom, FaceTime, Google Hangout, and Skype.

Most of my sessions are done virtually. If not virtual I do training sessions one on one in a yoga studio. We will do light weights there to focus on form. What you learn there you take into the gym or back home for your programs and strength building.
