Establishing a sustainable workout routine, healthy eating habits, and developing internal motivation are the three key steps to accomplishing any goal related to improving your body composition. Simple, consistent changes to your everyday life can lead to phenomenal changes that can be maintained lifelong. It's important to understand that working "smarter" to achieve your goals by seeking expert help will accelerate your success at improving your fitness and nutrition.

I love being able to teach people how to change their lives and improve their quality of life in a way that is both practical and enjoyable. One of my favorite things about being a personal trainer is helping my clients learn how to love healthy living.

I founded Bodies By Bri to provide elite level fitness training and education to help people around the globe improve their lives. My philosophy as a fitness professional is to TEACH not train so my clients can actually achieve long term success. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and multiple professional certifications, I apply evidence-based fitness and nutrition tactics to help clients meet their individual goals.

My extensive education and experience with fitness/nutrition coaching allows me to develop exceptional solutions to help individuals of all experience levels achieve their health goals. I am committed to helping my clients LEARN how to be self-sufficient with their fitness and nutrition planning. My philosophy is that if I do my job correctly, my clients should never need another personal trainer as they will understand how to build their own workouts, make healthy nutrition choices, and establish a rock solid mindset.

Yes, all of Bodies By Bri services are virtual. With 2 years of online training experience I have developed multiple virtual services to serve people of all experience levels and goals.

The use of virtual services minimizes the risk of exposure to Covid-19. I am fully capable of providing fitness services to individuals who workout from home with limited equipment availability.
