Heather was able to provide the slow build I was interested in. Both my cardiovascular & muscular systems were consistently growing and being built upon. My current job has me on call a lot so it doesn’t allow for much structure after my typical work hours. Therefore a program like this was truly appreciated. I never considered working with a personal trainer because attempting to commit to a schedule usually involved too much hassle. The workouts she provides are challenging but also creative which keeps things fun. She’s pretty great at working with whatever you have available, and ALWAYS makes sure you warm up & cool down well. My client's goals become my goals. I hold them accountable, and constantly check in with how they are doing and feeling about their journey. I meet them where they are at, and make sure their workouts fit their exact needs.

I love watching people reach their goals, and helping them gain a new confidence in themselves. I want them to know that they can do anything they put their mind to. I enjoy teaching clients why they are doing something, so they understand the why, and learn along the way.

I offer in person training locally as well as online training.

Services

I offer virtual personal training through an app. This app shows short videos of how to do each exercise properly. The workouts are specifically fit for your fitness goals.

These are one on one personal training sessions via zoom. This is a great way to work on proper form, while holding accountability.

One on one in person training.

I offer nutrition guidance based on your goals and life style.

I aid in helping with relationships, goal setting, careers and day-to-day lives.
