I assist my clients by implementing and sustaining client and trainer accountability/communication, as they relate to the exercise and nutrition regimens. It’s solely the trainer’s responsibility to supply the proper training and nutrition tailored for the needs of the client. In the end, it’s primarily the client’s responsibility to remain consistent in “putting in the work” to attain their dream body.

Conditioning your mind is the key component to conditioning your body. If one can push the mind past its comfort zone and allow the body to follow, that includes building consistency and progression in your workouts and nutrition.

The most rewarding part of my job is not only helping my clients achieve their body goals, but truly helping reinstill the client’s confidence in their overall mental stability and connecting with them on a personal level.

I’ve honestly never seen myself working for someone else long-term. I just wouldn’t be happy or true to me. I was blessed with a passion for fitness and decided to take the risk of pursuing entrepreneurship.

Because I see myself in them and what new results for their bodies as long as i can see or hear that they’re serious. When i look at my clients , I can place myself in their shoes. I still remember the emotions
