Was a 2.5 but gave em 3 because the staff was genuinely nice. Pizza not so nice. It wasn't gross but wasn't anything special. Oh and draft beer was skunked

The staff never greeted us when we walk in, they all looked at us as we stood there and never said a word. We continued to stand and watch them go above and beyond in the interaction with other people that looked different from us so we decided to leave - I won't beg someone to take my hard earned money. I will say, this was a completely different experience that we had from the first time we went (which is why we went back), the gentleman was super nice and made us feel welcome. His female staff needs to learn about customer service and know that ALL people should be serviced and treated the same way, not to pick and choose. Horrible atmosphere - we left and won't go back. From Dallas and found this on Yelp. We got there before lunch crowd and thrilled with the quick service. Two of us had the special - a slice of meat lovers and the 5 yo wanted her own personal cheese pizza. The meat lovers was so delicious and large that I was sorry later that we didn't get slices to go, too. The crust was thin and had a slight crisp. Lots of meat and cheese with delicious tomato sauce. Was thrilled that I could "fold" the slice - the way we did growing up in New York. The child loved her very cheesy pizza and had 2 more slices to take home. The atmosphere was New York themed which was fun for me and there were TVs all over the place but they weren't loud and disturbing. Can't wait for my next visit to Harker Heights now that we have found this pizza haven!! More...

This place is the standard for hole-in-the-wall, mom and pop kinda restaurants. The atmosphere is exactly where you want to take your family for a night out or after a baseball game. From the pizza, wings, and garlic knots, it's all fresh, handmade and delicious. The staff there is also extremely friendly and always there to greet with a smile.
