Went here for the first time last night. Service was ok the food not so much. Way overpriced for what you get. Steak had a chemical flavor to it, street corn was cold. I did like the microwave oven sitting in the kitchen that you can see the kitchen staff using to cook part of our $75 meal. More...

Tonight was our 3rd visit to the Boat House Grill and as usual, it did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, it was even more amazing than before. Why? Because we met “Captain Kirk.” He was our server and the service was great. However, it was the “Top of The Line” Magic Performance performed impromptu by Captain Kirk that took our dinner experience to the next level. This was our first time at Boat House despite months of hearing how amazing it is! Honestly, I was leery to try it for fear it wouldn't live up to the hype. Dustin was our server and his recommendations were right in line with what we were already considering. We had the Tuna Tataki, the island? sliders, and the California Poke bowl.🐠🥑🥭 I highly recommend the tuna!🐟🐠 He's an awesome server and we were very happy with everything! Took well over 10 minutes before the waiter noticed us after we were seated. Totally ignored! When he arrived he blamed it on a new hostess, we were seated by a host! Ordered our food and only water. Came quick. It was ok. We got our bill, we were charged for a $16.25 glass of wine we didn’t order. It took another 10 to 15 minutes to correct. Nothing easy about having dinner tonight. Tucked away on the island, the Boat House always provides an amazing experience. Food was excellent. If you like grill cheese have the the Tri-Hull with bacon, and they probably the best burger in town. Great atmosphere and the staff is amazing.
