Describe your creative process.
BAI’s success is attributable to the ability to listen carefully to its clients concerning their design requirements and its on-going invitation to clients to become part of the design process. We're passionate about what we do and find inspiration from unexpected places.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
The more information, the better. A clear understanding of our client's objectives and who their customers are trying to reach are very helpful. Approved text & images to be used for certain projects would get things going faster. References or examples describing what the client has in mind are also great starting points.
What do you love most about your job?
We love helping people tell their stories and creating something that gets produced in a tangible form, often evoking an emotional response. Also, the people. We end up becoming friends with many clients as the relationships are so important and wonderful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Actually, we bought this business in 2009 from a previous owner, one who we both worked for. Nearly 30 years of experience at this company has defined who we are as designers and service providers.

BAI has developed a unique process of storytelling as its trademark through a strong commitment to design. We think broadly and push ourselves to discover truly unique solutions. Our interdisciplinary team uses various tools to insure that there is good, clear communication between all parties, always resulting in a successful project.
