The core purpose of my work is simple: I get the biggest thrill when clients are able to break- through ceilings, increase revenue and grow their organizations. I believe that the work you do drives economic prosperity in your communities and throughout our nation.​

Having worked for Fortune 500 companies in national executive roles, I realized my impact as a leader was continuously being limited by the constraints in place working for such large organizations; and, like most entrepreneurs, I started my own company to utilize my talents and skills to make a positive impact with those who I have the honor to work with. Plus, I like the flexibility self-employment offers.

There are many business advisors you can select. So what makes me different? The first is experience. Not only do I have extensive experience in the field, working with dozens of companies throughout the process of making their company soar, or helping during what can be a volatile transitionary period.

Next, is my ability to not just see potential problems or areas of concern but how to address those concerns. I facilitate CEO peer advisory groups since 2008 and have mastered the ability to help business leaders get to the root of issues and then come up with a plan to solve their issues for the long-term greater good of their organizations.

I have also managed corporate budgets as large as $25 billion with hundreds of people across the US. In addition, I have started, operated, and exited a number of businesses before setting out on my business advisory practice in 2008. Through these roles, I have mastered planning and executing business strategies to improve efficiency in the operational and financial management of businesses.

Typically, daily sessions with clients and their leadership teams are in person, while 1:1s are virtual.

When meeting clients in person, clients select the venue and I follow their COVID-19 protocols.

Services

Value-building coaching is great for small to medium size companies looking to grow not only revenue but business valuation. You will receive a benchmark assessment of your business, online access to the Value Builder System, and one 60-minute 1:1 private coaching call with an experienced and seasoned advisor.

The Blueprint for Growth is a 2-day program designed for organizations who want to set the vision, culture, and plan for growth. We will bring you and your leadership team through a discovery process of answering 9-critical questions to ensure you get everyone in your organization 100% on the same page with where you are going and how you plan to get there.

This program is not for the faint of heart and is designed for organizations who want sustained, long-term growth and peace of mind that they have implemented a system of tools and disciplines where your business can run without you.

We work with you and your leadership through a series of one-day workshops starting with a Foundation Day where we teach a set of tools and disciplines to professionalize the running of your business. It is followed up with two days (each 30 days apart) called Blueprint Building Days. During these two sessions, we bring you and your leadership team through a discovery process answering 9-critical questions to get your entire organization 100% on the same page with your vision and how you plan to get there.

Thereafter, we facilitate quarterly and annual plan review days with you and your leadership looking back on your accomplishments, setting the next 90-day plan, and solving the biggest issues facing your business during that quarter to propel your organization to the next level.

We will also provide 60-minute 1:1 sessions monthly with the business owner or CEO helping you solve challenging issues impacting your professional goals utilizing the Value Builder System.

The One Question is a sales workshop for your team that is designed to help them answer 4-critical questions that focus on who your ideal customer is; what differentiates your company from your competitors; what cues you should be listening to in conversations; and to come up with that One Question you or your referral partners can ask that will convert a prospect to a client.
