WOW! What an angel. Ana came into my office to help me figure out the disaster that had occurred with my quickbooks online account when Citibank royally messed me up with a new login requirement. Ana is not your typical bookkeeper! Not only is she fun, personable and easy to talk to, she is strategic and forward thinking. She doesn't make you feel like a fool for not knowing details, making mistakes, missing filings, etc. Ana had a giant clean-up mess to do for our company after our prior bookkeeper got the boot and left the books in shambles. Ana goes beyond being an amazing bookeeper! Her experience before going solo as a bookeeper makes her so well rounded. Example: not only did she take our company from boxes of accounting paperwork and shoddy excel spreadsheets to a fully integrated Quickbooks system, she has also handled some Human Resources issues and advises us on internal processes.
