The pork trifecta sandwich on ciabatta is amazing! I was introduced to it 4 years ago on a trip out here and just got it again today. It was exactly how I remembered it. It was so incredible that I let my wife try it, she decided she wanted one instead of her gyro and she put her gyro in a to go box. The staff is friendly and fun, the food was dang good, and the atmosphere can be calm and relaxing or fun and bubbly depending on which side of the restaurant you choose to sit on. Any time I'm in Solomon's, I try to come here. It's not a spot to bring a date to, but very good if you're looking for a quick bite to eat. Their food is always fresh, I love their gyro . They also serve Peete's coffee, which is amazing as there's nothing but Starbucks in the area. Once you enter inside, you're greeted by a ton of craft beer and wine that you won't find at a local liquor store, all reasonably priced. Never disappointed with Blue Wind. Their food truck is just as good. As a vegetarian I can always find nutritious and yummy food at Blue Wind. I don't drink coffee so I can't review that. The Cajun shrimp wrap was lacking of the shrimp and for 10 I kinda expected a little more tater tots with the cheese and crab meat BUT The food was delicious and FRESH . My husband got the rockfish wrap and that was plentiful and delicious too: They forgot the avocados and substitute it with Chips when I asked so that's why I give 5 stars.Great Customer service and they wanted us happy. I got the rockfish wrap with a side salad. The wrap had a nice amount of perfectly cooked and seasoned fish surrounded by nice ripe tomatoes and spring greens. This is the only place in town you can get the fancy, artsy, hipsterish "gourmet" food without crossing the bridge.
