Shortly before offering a condo for sale, I hired Blue Sky cleaning and maintenance, to come out and power wash the deck and clean the sliding glass door windows. They quickly replied and left the same day, saving our bacon because my photographer was coming the following day. I was relieved to discover that they performed an excellent job since I didn't have time to check the work until after the photographer had already arrived.
