Sweet at first, but if there is any issue, both staff and the owner are extremely rude. They talk to you like you are dirt and hang up. I never wrote a negative review for any business, ever! Hi Elena as I have said on all the other 5 social medias- When you no show for 2 out of 4 appts, you will incur a no show fee - It is posted in multiple places in our store and on the paperwork you signed as well. Groomers are paid on commission and was not paid due to your no shows. Blue Pooch is not the groomer for and and I wish Ginger well.

Denise & Caitlin and their team are amazing with the dogs, the care they give to make them happy & pretty/handsome. Max was traumatized by his first grooming elsewhere so Caitlin not only calmed Max but the way she holds him against her chest is just adorable. Max loves it there so much that he jumps out of the car trying to rush inside to see everyone and get groomed. They have a special touch of sending him home in a cute bandanna too. I highly recommend Blue Pooch Grooming! we just moved to Newtown from out of state and were looking for a new groomer for our mini schnauzer, Ella. She has a lot of anxiety when it comes to grooming and can be a handful. They went above and beyond to make sure Ella felt safe and comfortable. Took our toy poodle pup here for her very first grooming session. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the person on the phone was very friendly. When we arrived my pup was super excited and they scooped her up like they’ve known her for years. She seemed like she had a great time socializing with the other dogs. Wow, just wow! Words can’t explain how amazing Blue Pooch Grooming is. We have two rescue poodles (one is blind & the other has severe anxiety). A friend recommended this place to me recently and not only did they quickly accommodate by putting our dogs in on the schedule together, but they did an absolutely amazing job. This was our first time using Blue Pooch Grooming and we will for sure be back!! Our border collie Kasha is a ball full of energy, and they were soo nice to her! Right when you walk in you can feel the love! A few hours after she was there I messaged them to check on her and within 10 minutes I got a response! We found our new favorite groomer!
