Our experience with Blue Hammer Roofing was great! Ruben Hernandez was our Project Manager and walked us through every step of the process from the initial estimate, to submitting the claim, getting supplements and actually being on-site during installation. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The QC Manager, Tony Rose, and his crew showed up just after 6:00am and got started right away. We had unexpected rain on the way and the crew was able to remove the old roofing and lay the barrier down to secure the roof from leaking before the rain hit. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get it done. As soon as the rain passed, they went right back to work. Tony kept us updated through every step, even providing photos along the way. He was very polite and knowledgeable as well. The crew did a great job cleaning up and making sure all nails were picked up before they left. The roof looks great and we are very pleased. I turned to Blue Hammer after they were recommended by a neighbor, and I'm so glad that I did. After the initial meeting with one of the company's representatives, Justin B, I knew that I was working with a responsible and committed company to replace our roof after it was damaged by Hurricane Ida. Professionalism, expertise, availability, transparency, and quality are among some of the many things that define this company. We are very satisfied with our new roof and feel protected by the warranty provided. After our new roof was installed, my solar company re-installed the solar panels in the wrong place thus creating unnecessary holes on my brand new roof. We knew we needed a new roof after making some repairs ourselves, but we were unsure which company to trust to give us a lasting, quality product. Then we met Roberto, the project manager with Blue Hammer, when they were roofing our neighbor’s house. We asked him to look at our roof, which he did that same day, and he concurred that we needed a new roof. Due to Roberto’s honest, straightforward communication style, we trusted Blue Hammer with our roofing project. Throughout the entire claims process and the actual roofing job, Roberto was most helpful and informative. Speaking of the roofing job, Rick, the Quality Control Manager, was on top of the project every step of the way, keeping us informed through each phase of the process through personal conversations onsite, text messages and photos. He answered all our questions with direct, succinct responses, for which we were very grateful, and explained things in a way that we could understand. He was remarkably thorough in ensuring the safety and quality of the work, and with the clean-up afterwards. I must say it was a long process negotiating with our insurance company Farmer’s. Jessica Soto with Blue Hammer was very helpful with the help of David Broome, they negotiated all they could with the insurance company. Insurance company low balled from the very beginning and finally increased a few thousands after 3 months of negotiations. Overall, the team at Blue Hammer did a great job. The day of installation the install team was here bright and early ready to install. Installation went well and they actually finished an hour earlier than expected. Tony Rose from Blue Hammer was here on installation day to assist the team and keep us updated on the process of installation and he did an awesome job sending pictures and informing us of every step. Met Jacob at one of my clients homes (I’m a Realtor). He was very detailed, and was explaining everything to my client so he could understand it. I was very impressed. I decided to have them come look at my roof. It needed to be replaced so I filed a claim. They followed the whole claim process and installed roof today. Brian, the Quality Control Manager, arrived at 620 to make sure all materials were ready for the crew. He made sure I knew everything that was going on, and made sure the crews had everything cleaned up on completion. He also sent me several pictures from the rooftop. Yes I would recommend blue hammer roofing to my family and friends, they did a fantastic job. I really want to thank, Bob Odgers he was extremely nice he made us feel that we could ask any questions concerning the job that he was in charge of and I have to say that listening to him and looking at the way he handle his crew was exceptional . Blue Hammer Roofing came and did a free roof inspection after there had been hail in the area. They came out with the insurance adjuster, and my insurance denied the claim, but they assured me that they would fight for it to get approved. After a secondary inspection, they did get it approved and did a wonderful job replacing my roof. 10/10 would recommend.
