Steven planned and executed an unbelievable 7-course menu for us for our Georgia mountain date night dinner. The flavors and presentation of his food are refined and creative! My daughter hired Chef Steven for my Mother’s Day gift! We had a private in home party! I am 66 years old and have never had such a nice experience! Chef Steven was such a nice, quiet and humble gentleman! His cooking skills in my opinion are unmatched! What was supposed to have been a 7 course sampling party with wine pairings turned into a full 7 course entrees party! Not complaining one bit! (Except I probably gained 5 pounds). One of the finest 5 course dinners my wife and I have eaten. The experience of having Steven come into our home and prepare/cook this special meal was heaven. My husband and I had the pleasure of trying Chef Steve's delicious cooking when Bridge Mill in Canton hosted his pop-up kitchen. Here is our quick take on Blue Duck Eats... The made-to-order Cedar Plank Salmon BLT is a must-try. You get a generous portion of fresh salmon, large bacon strips, lettuce and tomato. Surprisingly priced at $9, this is truly a great deal. Our side dish, the Poblano and Goat Cheese Potato Salad, gives your taste buds a noteworthy experience from its balanced mix of unusual ingredients. We really loved the Banana Nut Bread Pudding for dessert. Not overpoweringly sweet, this item screams sophistication as the flavors rise gently with each bite, only making you want more. We had the pleasure of having chef Steven from Blue Duck Eats last night where he prepared a private dinner with wine pairings at The Vine, Wine Bar and Bistro in Blue Ridge Georgia. It was absolutely 5 stars! It was an Irish ☘️ inspired menu for St. Patrick’s Day. I would highly recommend you having him come to your home and prepare one of his gourmet feast for friends and family in the comfort of your home. Chef Stephen did a wonderful anniversary dinner for 4 at my cabin. The New York strip and the salmon were outstanding. We all had the chef salad and the dressing was some of the best I have ever had. (I want the recipe). The professional service was the best ever, and my kitchen was spotless when he was finished. BTW, the creme brûlée was awesome. The portions were more than we could finish.
