How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
I believe that a healthy diet is extremely important. Reducing diet-induced inflammation is important to our well-being. Equally as important is overall stress.

Reiki
Reiki is a technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
ThetaHealing®
The ThetaHealing technique is a meditation technique utilizing a spiritual philosophy with the purpose of improvement in mind, body and spirit while getting closer to the Creator of All That Is. It is a focused prayer to the Creator and allows you to train your mind, body and spirit to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do.
Clinical Nutrition
At Blue Dolphin Integrative Healing, our trained practitioner will design a clinical nutrition program that is tailored to you, based upon the findings from your Nutrition Response and Heart Rate Variability Tests.
We offer high-quality and nutrient-dense supplements to support our individualized clinical nutrition programs that we develop for our patients, and to help adults and children meet their nutritional needs. We offer Standard Process, MediHerb, Energetix, BodyHealth, and Systemic Formulas.
Nutrition Response Testing
Nutrition Response Testing is a safe, natural and non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine the underlying causes of ill health. When these causes are found and corrected through natural, nutritional means, the body can repair itself and maintain more optimum health.
