Tested one of the new spinning cycles today. Seats adjust up/down as well as forward and back. Handle bars adjust fore and aft. Was able to configure the unit exactly the same as my road bike. Handle bar style has several options for grip that should accommodate any style rider. Tension control and brake easy to reach and easy to use. The heart rate and pedal cadence unit were in sync with the unit that I use. Let the classes begin! More...
