I'm based in Nebraska while Erin is in Iowa and I've been working with her doing virtual trainings for several months now. I wasn't sure if I was going to like training virtually, but I love it! She is very encouraging, always has everything planned out ahead of time, and does a great job demonstrating how to do the exercises/how to use the equipment. I've been a distance runner for years but had no idea how to utilize any of the gym equipment I have available to me. After working with Erin I'm even comfortable using the cable column now (all without having actually met her in-person). She also records our sessions and sends them to me after so that I'm able to go through the routines on my own. More...

Workouts can include resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, boot camp, HIIT training, Pilates, basic Yoga poses, core work, stretching plus more!
