Blu has the freshest seafood. They go to the airport every single day to pick up fish and you can tell in the quality. When I go to the beach I sometimes prefer this place in the middle of the US

Ah-mazing seafood. We tried dining here after Christmas Day but it was closed for lunch so we tried again the day after and had a wonderful and unforgettable lunch. Firstly, they cater to kids with their cups with lids/straw cups as well as a small kid's menu. Our girls enjoyed their pasta.The hubby and I ordered a dozen oysters which were juicy and delicious. All great sizes. The lobster we split was also boiled to perfection. Easy to get the meat out and amazing with the drawn butter. Okay, so I have very recently started eating seafood and I have never had real fresh sea food. So we started with the fried calamari. . IT MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH! It was so wonderful! I ate the salmon Alfredo pasta and the salmon to pasta ratio was perfect. For the price of the items, it is more than worth it. Can't wait to try lunch during the week!! A NWA MUST GO!! More...

Wow, what a hidden gem of a seafood place in NWA. Fish was fresh, place didn't smell fishy, portions were huge. Reservations are really a must if you have more than two in your party.

For all of those with Alpha-gal syndrome, this place is safe! And delicious. You're not missing out on flavors or quality. I've been a few times and last Saturday was having a 'me' day. After shopping, I worked up an appetite so headed to Blu.I sat outside (beautiful fall day) and my server was awesome. Moved here from Southern California, too and we chatted a bit. Brought out two beautiful yellowtail nigiri followed by my native Florida's grouper. It was prepared perfectly. The veggies were crisp and delicious, and the rice was worth the cheat day. The grouper was so good, after I finished my meal in the sun, I went into the Fish Market and bought a pound to take home. Made it for dinner and it was awesome. Hubs loved it, too. Attending a conference in town and asked a local colleague to take me somewhere unique; a hidden gem. He brought me to Blu, which I questioned as a Florida native. It was great! We had lunch here today. We had a sushi roll I do not remember the name but it was the best sushi I have ever had. My husband had the grilled swordfish and I had herb crusted red snapper with mushroom risotto. They were amazing and worth the prize. The waitress was so attentive and friendly. Amazing fresh seafood Loved the Sunday lobster special Would recommend to anyone and the portions are very generous. I'm very picky about my seafood and usually refrain from eating it unless I'm on a coastline but Blu fresh is the exception. Friendly staff too

This place is awesome fish!! This has to easily be the best seafood in Arkansas. I lived in NC for a while and this is as good as anything I had there! My wife and I have been wanting to visit here for a while, but because of its location, we never think about it when we go out for dinner. Our friends invited us to Sunday lunch here and of course, we took them up on the offer.I hate that we've waited soooooo long to eat here. The food was great. They had a lobster special that Sunday. We had the Lobster Mac 'N Cheese and Lobster Pasta. Both of the meals were great.The atmosphere was good. I really like the decor and the service from our waitress was prompt, knowledgable and friendly. The owner came out and had a nice chat with us while we there. This weekend I killed myself on the Rogers "Mount Whitney" gravel ride. I was hating life, I mean really hating life, and then it happened. I arrived at the lodge atop Mount Whitney and was greeted by fresh shrimp and smoked salmon provided by blue fish. Who does that? The food was incredible and it turned my frown upside down. Don't be fooled by the chill exterior the food/fish is AMAZING! I wouldn't go anywhere else for seafood. The quality and flavor make up for the waitstaff which is hit or miss.

The service is very prompt. The seafood is excellent. Thought I was back in London. The fish is very well cooked with good flaky and juicy freshness. The chips also was well seasoned. The chef's choice sushi was also has very good presentation and the taste was good. My only complain lies with our wait staff. We did not even get offered refills of our drinks.
