Blossoms did all of our floral arrangements for our wedding! Denise and Regina was amazing! They really understood my vision and theme and make it came to life! The flowers came out so beautiful! All the details, the bouquets, the big sets for the ceremony, the roses along the aisle, the flowers for our family members, the centerpieces, as well as the flowers for the cake, looked so gorgeous!  We received so many compliments on how gorgeous and beautiful the flowers were!  There wasn't any centerpieces left from the reception since people took them home! It wasn’t the first time I’ve ordered from Blossom’s and it’s with good reason. Every time I have definitely gotten what I paid for and this time I was not disappointed one bit. This review is for the online order. I ordered anniversary flowers for my wife. She works in San Mateo and wanted to go with a local florist rather than a generic flower service. Glad I did! The online ordering process was simple. The website is user friendly,  and they have a great selection of arrangements. They even had good options for tropical flowers which I'd like to take advantage of at some point. I'm a sucker for monstera leaves. I ordered the flowers online at 8am, and I got a confirmation of delivery at 11:55am. Pretty good turnaround. My wife loved the flowers. The card was handwritten with clear, neat writing. Way better than my chicken scratch. The one thing I'm most impressed about, which warranted the 5-stars, was how true the presentation was to the advertised picture. Usually, i order flowers online, and what's delivered looks like it might have been arranged in the dark or after the florist had a few drinks. I have ordered several arrangements made by this flower shop and all of them have never disappointed in impressing the girlfriend. The arrangements always look exactly like they do on the website and you can always trust them to deliver the flowers you purchased in a timely manner. They always call me when they're delivering the flowers and ask if it is ok to drop them off at the front door when no one answers.Customer service is awesome. During Thanksgiving they forgot to update their delivery service and did not show that they were closed for delivery on that Thursday. It just so happened I decided to  have flowers delivered on that day, but they quickly resolved the issue by delivering flowers free of charge on  that Wednesday (the day I ordered it).Thank you blossoms for making my unfortunate long distance relationship situation better, but really thank you for bailing me out of all the times I have messed up. ABSOLUTELY HAPPY WITH OUR WEDDING FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS! God, I don't even know where to begin... Denise and her team are incredible. She's very responsive to my questions and they really paid attention to all my concerns and requests and gave us a beautiful array of perfect floral arrangements at our wedding! I was very picky with what I wanted in my bouquet especially the colors and the delivered this very unique and very me, gorgeous bouquet that I was so happily willing to hold for the whole entire ceremony because it was just so perfect and beautiful! Oh, and our wedding cake looked absolutely stunning! I am so, so, SO happy we chose Blossoms Flower Shop as our florist for our wedding day!  We got married on October 13, 2018.  We set up a consultation with Denise (HI DENISE!), who was absolutely fabulous from our very first meeting. I am extremely OCD and detail-oriented, and she made sure every detail was picture-perfect.I had some crazy flower combination requests, and she was not fazed by a single one of them.  She carried out my vision to a TEE. We had a couple of calls along the way to confirm colors for the ribbons around the bouquets and to confirm the flower selections. I couldn't have picked a better place to do all our arrangements.  They brought everything up to our venue in downtown San Francisco, set everything up perfectly with the help of our day-of coordinator, and they were affordable.  A 'win' all the way around.Thank you from the bottom of our little married hearts to Blossoms!!! I've never met Denise but I am so thankful and happy I was referred to her to make arrangements for my husbands 40th birthday! My mom and I were surprising my sister for her birthday and decided to stop in to Blossoms to get her something special (you don't turn 30 every day! ) the manager helped us look at all sorts of beautiful plants and we ended up getting a gorgeous bell dome terrarium full of succulents, plus a pair of sassy socks, some beautiful frosted glass eggs, and a gemstone heart. I order flowers quite regularly but this was my first experience with Blossoms Flower Shop and it will not be my last! I ordered an orchid arrangement for a very special person. The owner, Denise Barnett was exceptional to work with. She was very knowledgable, attentive, and patient. I am SO glad we hired Blossoms to do the flower arrangements for our wedding! I'm not creative at all and don't know much about flowers, but had certain visions for what I wanted. Nice quaint shop with good customer service. The ladies are attentive and helpful. The staff was very understanding. A lady came and accidentally broke a vase, but they weren't upset and didn't charge her for it. The store is clean and very cute. I love the little decorations and handwritten signs. I only wish they had a bigger selection of things, but understand as it is a small storefront. All in all, a great place for succulents, orchids, and roses. I will come back again. :) More...
