I received birthday flowers from this store yesterday. They tracked me down to make sure someone would be home because they didn't want to leave them out in the cold. Great customer service.  A bit wonky of a start, as I called during business hours, went to a machine, and then was picked up.  But the woman who answered was nice, efficient, accommodating, and they came through with a GORGEOUS bouquet for same-day delivery.  No hassle, no extra charge.  And my boss's mom was very blessed, which made my boss pleased, which is just fine by me!  Great option for the area! I held an outdoor wedding for my daughter on August 4, 2012 and hired this lovely florist for the wedding. A vintage theme was used since the family home is an old farm house and the backyard was the site of the ceremony and reception. The flowers were tasteful and artful. We used several small vases with gorgeous flowers on all the tables. The bridal bouquets were the prettiest I've ever seen not to mention how beautiful they smelled. Ok. There are florists, and there are florists who are both friendly and know how to deal with men. This is in the latter category. Which for me, is a great and wonderful thing.Can you imagine about how many decisions regarding flowers a typical guy is good at making in most instances? chances are you're thinking of a number between 1 and, more likely, zero.This is not unlike many scenarios - people who don't know how to change their oil being asked to describe what's wrong with their car, people who aren't computer savvy being asked what's wrong with their computer (the internet is down = computer's not on/power is out), etc. For me, that would be flowers. I am about as useful at picking out flowers as any stereotypical guy. So that would fit in the category of: not very useful. I admit it.Bloom 3 is very accommodating and I like their style. You can tell them what you want,or simply set a price ceiling and tell them to just be creative. I was very, very pleased with the results of giving them the floor to be creative. They were friendly on the phone, did same day delivery for Evanston, and did a damn great job. I like these people a lot, and they made wifey very happy. It's clear they can do things more fancy if you'd like, but in general they did a bang up job and were more creative with flowers than I ever would be. More...

I had an arrangement sent to a customer who had won a national award.  I know she received lots of flowers and have no doubt some of them cost a lot more than I spent.  I decided less expensive and artistic was a better way to go than large and showy and I was right.  The recipient told me the flowers I'd sent from Bloom were not only the most beautiful arrangement she received, but that they also lasted the longest. Nearly a week after they arrived she used them as a centerpiece for a holiday table.  And when I emailed Bloom later because I realized I needed a copy of the receipt they responded quickly to get me what I needed.  I'll definitely be using Bloom again. We used Bloom 3 for my sister's wedding and I must agree with all of the other reviews here and say that they are amazing! We knew we were going to the right place when we walked into the store in Evanston. Such unique, artistic, interesting decor! I felt right at home, and Brenda was wonderfully welcoming and sweet.My sister had no concrete idea of what she wanted, but did have a color scheme and a general feeling she wanted to convey. It is SO nice to be able to pass that information on to an expert, and have her say "don't worry, I know exactly what you want!" We were relieved to not have to worry about that part of the planning, with everything else that goes along with a 125 person wedding.The first thing we saw was the bride's bouquet, and Brenda and co did not dissapoint in that regard. We were absolutely breathless! The variety she used, the different colors and textures, were so amazing. She is a true artist! The bouquet complimented our bride and enhanced her beauty. Very artistic arrangements - if you're looking for unique and special.  Their customer service and staff is super friendly and helpful.  We've ordered flowers here before for a birthday girl and were amazed by how delicate and beautiful her arrangement ended up being.I did check them out for my wedding but with our budget, unfortunately, I couldn't afford unique and special but if you're looking to splurge, this is definitely the place to do it at. Fabulous customer service -- very friendly, very informative, very knowledgeable about matching needs and wants.I'm giving "4" stars right now because we haven't yet seen the flowers (just ordered for delivery).  If they are anything close to matchign their customer service levels, though, I'll knock it up to a five, easily.Thanks Bloom 3.UPDATED -- My fiance was blown away.  Stll haven't personally seen the flowers, but they did the trick.  Recommend whole heartedly.
