I met them at the Hamburg farmers market today and decided to try their product. I had the smoked onion and farmers cheese knish and it was delicious, this was also my first ever experience with knish and I'll say I am now a fan.

I've never heard of knishes before yesterday when I had a traditional one ($4). The owner gave a good explanation of them and though I forgot to take a picture it was a really good. You'll have to look it up to get a better sense of what they are. I also got some of the smoked egg salad ($5 for 8oz). That was just okay. I seasoned it up a bit when I got home to my taste preference. More...
