I originally scheduled a blow out for the day of an event but things got all out f schedule for me and I needed to reschedule. I called several times in advance of my appointment and no one ever answered, it was strange. After my appointment time last I got a phone call. I let them know I tried to call and they told me they had been busy. Kinda strange, but they ended up rescheduling my appointment.I went this last Saturday and they were not busy a all. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I noticed when I checked in there was an offer for a free add on of a head massage so I showed it to the person at the front desk and she didn't hesitate and said they would honor it. I enjoyed my shampoo and head massage, it was quite relaxing. My hair dresser was really sweet and helped me choose a style. The thing that is interested about the way they style hair is more around using a curling iron. I like when I get a blow out and they actually blow it out to have volume and then go back and add curls. But she didn't put much effort into the blow out itself, i was a little disappointed but the s curls were nice. My hair definitely looked better after I went home and gave it the appropriate volume. My first experience with Blo Addison Walk wasn't a great example for their customer service. I let the staff know about my experience and how I didn't enjoy it. Tiffany is amazing! 3 of us went there today for an event this evening. We were all able to be taken care of at the same time. This location is absolutely beautiful. Customer service was exemplary. Hair washing was amazing. Curls came out beautiful but did start to fall quicker than I thought. Think I needed more spray. Love coming to this location. They have the best team in DFW. Everyone is very welcoming. They make me feel so confident and I always receive so many compliments on my hair. I was taking a huge risk, as this was the first time going to Blo and it was for my wedding day. Only reason I went with them, I heard a lot of good things about Blo and wedding hair and makeup does get expensive. Went to the Blo Bar last Sunday for an updo and eye make up for a wedding and I can not tell y'all how amazing these ladies were! ! Jessica was very sweet with great attention to detail to the hairstyle that I wanted. She listened to my concerns on difficult my hair could be and worked on it until I was very happy with the end result. Samatha also did an astonishing job on my eye make up! Had a great blowout here! I had an old expired groupon I needed to use and had $25 in credit which I used towards the Pillow Talk blow out. Sandra did my blow out and she was so sweet! I truly love working for Blo! The owner for the location in Franklin Lakes is truly a genuine, sweet person. Our manager is amazing and treats the staff fairly. They work around your schedule and always make you feel appreciated. I have never worked anywhere before that makes me feel like I'm the priority until I came to Blo. The connections I've made with the staff are irreplaceable as well and make the job even more fun. There's a lot of team work involved which make work days easy. I recently moved and because of that, I was forced to look for a new hair salon. That's how I came to discover the Blo Blow Dry Bar on P St. and I can't say enough about it. I was apprehensive when I first went but after reading several good reviews, I decided to give it a try.   I've been back to them 4 times and each time I continue to be impressed.  The receptionist is always friendly and helpful and Michelle, the hair stylist, is fabulous.  She's extremely kind, with a lovely, upbeat personality and yes, she styles my hair just how I like it.  I am a rather picky customer that doesn't like too much tension or heat applied so, it's not easy finding the right stylist. However, after explaining all this to Michelle, she is able to consistently style my hair, exactly how I like it, every time (without pulling or applying too much heat).  I highly recommend this salon! I used the photo from the Executive Sweet style that Michelle did during my first visit as my profile photo. Since my friend said it looked really good, I went back a few hours before the medical procedure on my other arm. This time, Shayna was my stylist and did the Red Carpet style. When my hair gets wet, it gets frizzy beach waves as it did when it rained a few days after my first style here with Michelle. I wanted something normal looking for when I went back to work, so I chose the Red Carpet over the Holly Would based on her feedback.
