They came through for me. I was in Austin on business and found out I needed to see an important client. Frankly, my untamed locks made me look scary so I searched for a dry bar. I've been to Blo 2x now. I have to admit my first experience was less than enjoyable, however the 2nd time, I went with 4 others ladies and it was fantastic. They moved us around so we could all be next to each other, refilled champagne for us, and even though we were the last group that night, I didn't feel too rushed out of there. As for the hair, they did a fantastic job taming the craziness of my hair to make it look amazing in the "Holly Would" hair do. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a great blow out in Austin. I have been to Blo twice now I am hooked! I HATE my hair but I leave Blo LOVING how my hair looks each time. I like the fact that I can book my appointment online. It is so easy! I will be coming back to Blo often and I told all the girls in my office what a wonderful experience it has been.
