Financial records are an instrument to see how your business is doing. It is more like an odometer on your car as it tells you more about where you have been. More up-to-date financials along with budgets, cash flow and other tools can be more like all the other gauges in a car telling you speed, temp, oil pressure, etc. This is a look into the health of the business.

I get to work with some amazing entrepreneurs and be an important team player to their company growth. I love numbers and puzzles and doing a set of books is a lot like solving a very difficult Sudoku. Plus, I get to work from home and help with my kids and spend time with my family.

I know I’m weird. I loved accounting in High School and in my college classes. I was going for all IT studies so I didn’t focus on accounting. When I started running my own businesses I again found my joy for seeing the need for “reading” the numbers and seeing predictions and advantages in knowing the financial details. When COVID hit I needed a 100% work from home business so I switched to Bookkeeping and it has been great.

I am passionate about your success and part of that comes from helping you get a clean set of books. I am a team player and even if I am “just a contractor,” my clients know I am here for them. I work hard for you so you can focus on your business.

Yes. I use Zoom for meetings and reviews. Phone calls, emails, and texts are standard weekly communication. All banking data is available through online and all physical copies of reports, etc can be scanned into pdf and stored on a secure online cloud service.

Being virtual allows for safety by distance but any local clients I have allowed mailbox drop off of reports or other material.
