What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish is our Blintz. Blintzes are slightly thicker crepes that can be used to wrap either savory or sweet items with or even on their own as a pancake.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We love to work with clients to create the perfect combination of items for your occasion.
Whether you know exactly what you want, want us to help create a menu with you, or even want us to surprise you completely, we are open to all forms of menu creation.
What do you love most about your job?
We love making people happy through food. Our biggest gratification is seeing clients come back multiple times because they truly enjoy dining with our creations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have always been big on entertaining guests with food and when the opportunity presented itself, we decided to try it out.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff kitchen staff have been vaccinated against Covid-19. We also require all staff to wear masks. We require delivery staff to wear masks and follow social distancing rules.

Whether you want a traditional Eastern European menu, an All-American menu consisting of popular dishes, or something in between, we’re happy to work with you or surprise you with something you’ll love.
Our catering service follows our restaurant concept: Fresh food from scratch. On the day of your order we will create your dishes and deliver them in insulated containers to retain heat and freshness.
