If you are looking for a wedding and reception site stop looking. This is it. Unsurpassed River views from multi level decks and the lodge, bride’s and groom’s rooms, spotless beautiful bathrooms, chef’s commercial kitchen complete with large refrigerators. Everything is maintained perfectly inside and out. Inside dining and 6’-8’ banquet tables and inside chairs come with the venue. You’ll have to rent chairs if ceremony is outside on multi-level decks. Entryway is gorgeous. Separate food room which is nice! We sat 75 downstairs for dinner, 50 upstairs and dozens outside. More than ample parking. Our daughter’s day two weeks ago was PERFECT! Susan will draw up a plan for you and help with all logistics. Jean is the overall manager, Jim is the closing manager. Jean was great to work with. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was helpful in finding information for us regarding the surrounding area. She allowed us to come out to the venue a few times before the event to check things out. The site is gorgeous and there is a lot that can be done with the space! I got married at Eagle Crest October 1st 2016. It truly was a perfect perfect day! Sprinkled a little in the morning, but by the afternoon it was sunshine the rest of the day! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a cute place where you can 1. Bring your own booze, 2. Bring your own food, and 3. Make it your own wedding without having to be limited by the venue. I want to give a huge shout out to River Run Event Center where I had my wedding and to the staff for taking such good care of me. My husband is military and was deployed while I was planning the wedding, I also lived in California, Washington, and Florida while planning our wedding and Susan our Day of Coordinator was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were okay for the wedding. She let me text her, call and email with the most random questions, if I forgot something she added it, I changed my mind at least 20 times on where I wanted the head table, if I wanted the fire place, how I was going to do the lights and so much more. In Florida with a 2 hour time difference I would remember something at 8:00pm, text her and she would respond. The day of the wedding went down perfect because of what she did, coming in early, getting table cloths, napkins set out, pressed my linen, had my kegs chilling for me, helped my mother in law, sister in law and bridesmaids put things out, she also gave her input when I had questions and was so helpful all day and even after I left she stayed and cleaned up everything and texted me the next day!!! She also highly recommended our DJ (who Matt Shea) was amazing and even our friend hire for her upcoming wedding! Hands down best day of coordinator and a beautiful place to get married! More...

My sister got married here on 8/1/14. Not only is the River Run Event Center a venue gem, it is very clean, has a gorgeous back drop and the decks are amazing. I can see this space being used for any type of event.
