What’s your signature dish?
Grace's signature dish is her jollof rice and chicken, LaKeisha's signature dish is her herb roasted chicken and red snapper.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We create the perfect menu for our clients by allowing them to make their own selections from our vast menu.
What do you love most about your job?
One thing that I love most about my job is the look on a client's face when they see everything come together.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My mom inspired me to start my own business. She was a caterer and floral designer and she inspired me every day. She taught me everything that I know, so this business is a tribute to her.
