Last night I had an allergy attack outside of the Rochester Club Ballroom as I breathed in a lung full of cigar smoke drifting up from Swan Street during the jazz festival. The stuff was very compassionate and accommodating, bringing me water and checking to make sure I was okay. I have loved the beauty and decor of this venue under better circumstances and am now confident that they would accommodate my every need if I was ever to book an event there. Well done. More...

We are having our wedding there and while the day has yet to come, our entire engagement process has been super easy & smooth because of Char. She can be picky, but it's mainly because she knows what she is doing after 35 years of experience. She has given us good advice with regard to what she thinks will help it run smoothly and has been accommodating and readily available thus far. She is respectful of our wishes with regard to alcohol and food allergies. So far, so good. More...

We had our reception at the RCB on 11/11/11 and it was perfect. Char and her staff were great in the planning, coordinating and execution of the celebration!

We had our Wedding in 2008 at the Ballroom! Being a wedding professional myself, there was simply no other choice in where we held our wedding Reception!
