The driver showed up 30 minutes early, and despite heavy traffic and running over our booked time, they did not charge us extra and even gave us a gift upon arrival. The Christmas Light tour was excellent! Every aspect of booking with this company was outstanding from the beginning. They were professional, friendly, and followed through on all requests. The most professional service we have encountered. After realizing I scheduled an airport transfer to close to our departure time, Blasian quickly sent another driver to pick us up (in a top of the line Sprinter Van - without charging for an upgraded vehicle) quickly.
