Feels weird to say this publicly, but I just had to write a review! I had been losing my child custody case for going on 11 months because my ex is a wealthy, powerful individual. I would have never even thought of a private investigation firm if my sister had not suggested it. I figured it couldn’t hurt to try one last thing and oh my god, I couldn’t have dreamt up in a million years what this company is capable of doing! What do you love most about your job?
The ability to help people with their problems with our unique way of problem solving makes this more of a challenging puzzle that you can't put down instead of just a job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Running my own business allows me to adjust or revise when I need to without waiting on feedback or permission. I can move much faster and get more accomplished. It has allowed me to hire a great staff of top level investigators and admin staff and to flourish in a sometimes difficult business.

In most cases, we never meet the client. It is all handled by phone or email. We have streamlined process to get everything going and keep you updated as we work on the investigation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If a client wants to meet at our office for a personal consult, we will wear a mask. Our offices are cleaned by a professional cleaning staff on a daily basis.
