What do you love most about your job?
I love the daily interactions I have with my clients, the media, and industry analysts in discussing some of the latest trends in the industry. I also enjoy generating coverage that my clients are proud to post to their websites and share with sales reps and partners to further increase revenues and boost their brand awareness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been responsible for the success of countless PR and Analyst Relations programs both at some of the hottest technology-based PR agencies in the country, as well as at some of the largest software companies in the world. When I left my role as Senior Director, Global Communications at OpenText in 2013, I wanted to try something new. While consulting started just as something to bide me over until I found another corporate position, the work began to blossom and I realized that I could leverage my skillset and relations with the media to build my own small business. Today, I represent some of the most innovative businesses in fields including Fintech, IT Operations, IT Networking, IoT, Machine Learning, Search Technology, Fake News Solutions, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
