I love this place. Fernando and the rest of the staff are so nice and experts in their field. I needed help growing out my curls, and fixing past damage, and after a half year of visits I had my length back and my hair is healthy and happy.

O...M...G! I feel like a million dollars? Fernando did an amazing job with my color even after I messed up and made the process worse by doing a box? temp color a few weeks ago. It said washes out in 28 washes...LIES! But Fernando was honest and wouldn't give up. He stayed late and made sure I was satisfied even if it meant staying really late to make sure I was perfectly OK with the results. This place is cute as hell. I love that they actually have parking. I also cant possibly say enough GREAT things about Vanessa, one of their stylists. She is Queen of the Pixie Cut. Having first cut my bob in to a very short pixie she also trimmed up my grown out pixie months later and taught me how to style it when i was feeling ugly and didnt know what to do with my hair. I have been in search of a good stylist. I usually move around a lot and by the time I find one I'm on to the next city. I tried out Emma based on reviews. I'm so glad I did! She was personable and really listened to the cut I wanted. I really appreciate that she was more cautious and didn't just do what she thought was best. She cut it then asked what I thought and that she could take off more. So many stylists just cut and cut and cut and I end up with straggly ends. I will definitely be going back to her. Black Orchid staff and quality of care are excellent! I feel comfortable and so pampered at Black Orchid. The staff is caring and works with you on any concerns you have. They also have a cute section of boutique options and a free nail painting station that I loved. The staff doesn’t push products. They’re warm and will treat your very kindly. Chenoh did my hair and she is awesome! I was so hesitant to color my hair and hadn't done so in 5 years. I'm so particular about my hair and wanted to keep a natural look. I just have to say I LOVE the balayage she did on me and I've received so many compliments! She's so sweet, professional and honest. She even told me I can wait a bit longer between visits next time.
