I entered skeptical - I tried each of the Home made sauces and they were Fantastic!!! But to be Honest, I enjoyed each of the Savory Meat entree's I was eating SO much , that I transformed into a Viking Warlord at the Dinning table of Valhalla and devoured them all before realizing I never sauced them up ! !! My two sons and one of their classmates stopped in around 2:15 this afternoon. The owner greeted us, made recommendations, and took our orders. We had brisket two different ways, tri tip chutney and pulled pork with slaw on top. The brisket was as good as I’ve ever had. We also had Pitt beans and flash fried Brussels. unbelievable, but those pickles though. I would describe them dill with red pepper flakes but I was told it was sugar and Sambal. I had the brisket French dip with chips and it was heaven on bread! The brisket was so flavorful and juicy. The French bread was the perfect combination of soft inside with crusty outside that I love. The chips took a couple extra minutes because they were cooked fresh when I ordered. The wings are something special. Super smokey and tender with a little singe on the outside. The house buffalo sauce was a perfect compliment with a small amount of zing and spice that didn't steal the show from smokey goodness.
