I used Black Iris for my wedding back in September and I could not have been happier with the outcome with the entire process ! I initially ordered an arrangement for a friend's birthday. The arrangement she received was pretty but was not up to par with the image on the website of what I had purchased. While I know that the images on the website are not always going to be an exact replica of what is produced (based on availability, season, etc.) I felt that it was still very much sub par from what it should have been. I wrote an honest review expressing my disappointment and was contacted by the florist and they apologized for having to use lesser quality flowers based on lack of availability, and sent a second arrangement the following week at no charge. I was very impressed with their customer service (customer service got an A the first time around as well). I am not the type to complain or be overly critical and am very appreciative of how they handled the situation. I work for RK Subaru and have a customer stopping in today from NC to take delivery of her factory-ordered 2019 Subaru Ascent. Sadly, she is also attending her aunt’s funeral today. I wanted the vehicle delivery to be as happy an occasion as possible given the circumstances, so I went on the hunt for a nearby florist to quickly grab some flowers for her. I walked in expecting to find an array of pre-made arrangements. Instead, I met Matt and Todd who were extremely accommodating, friendly, and expeditious in meeting my requests. The arrangement was gorgeous, tasteful, and affordable! It was prepared within 10-15 minutes with no appointment and I left absolutely stunned by their thoughtful customer service! Everyone at our dealership thought my boyfriend had flowers delivered to me and all stopped dead in their tracks to compliment them!! I had a wonderful experience with my flower order. Todd went out of his way to ensure my bouquets were perfect. I asked for some very colorful roses and also some unique fall features in my arrangements. He went over the top. From deep burgundy berries to gorgeous fall colored orange roses, gilded eucalyptus to the special ribbon color he helped me pick, my order was above what I asked for and was worth the money. UPDATED [1/9/17] TO ADD: Spoke with the owner(?) Not sure, was stressed getting out the door in time after rearranging my flowers into a smaller vase with a tray of food, in the snow. .. Apparently there's a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I'm waiting on a delivery of another arrangement once the roads are safe for travel. Happy to have it handled in a quick fashion, might be willing to purchase from Black Iris again.COMPLETELY disappointed in my arrangement! Received it yesterday with half of it drooping, added water like the paper sent with it said. Woke up today to find the half droopy part completely drooping and no idea how to fix this before I planned to gift it to my recently widowed friend today.
