I've been an entrepreneur and free thinker from a very early age. I worked numerous jobs from the time I was 13 years old and worked my way through college. My first job out of college was in Corporate Finance - I was working with the tier one corporate clients for BankAmerica and was exposed to some highly effective and humble leaders. After turning down several offers to work for customers, I began my path as an entrepreneur and have thrived every day since. But there was always something missing - I did not have a coach/mentor. Once I realized this and built my "personal Board of Directors", my personal life and businesses thrived beyond my wildest dreams. I know how it feels to need help, to find a coach/mentor and then to dive deep - it is life changing!

I take a "whole person" approach. We start with Faith, Family and Fitness. Normally, the first 30 days is dedicated to these three topics and developing the proper/healthy habits that will form the solid foundation we need to navigate personal/business challenges. I equate this to professional athletes training to prepare for a long season of competition. Athletes have several coaches for all different areas (mind, body, soul, etc..). My core values are Integrity, Diligence, Perseverance, Humility and Accountability.

The bulk of my clients are on ZOOM. Some are audio only phone calls as they ride in their vehicle or are in their home office and wish to not be on camera.

Customer safety is a top priority. We cannot gain ground if we are uncomfortable, and definitely not if we are sick. Currently, I do not have and am not looking for in-person coaching. The timing still is not right for this method. Even so, I find ZOOM/audio only calls to be most efficient for me and my clients.
