I have over 40 years of Fitness Coaching Experience.
I graduated from Texas A&M in 1981 with a Bachelors degree in Health and Physical Education.
Over the years I have coached numerous sports including gymnastics, basketball, volleyball, track,softball and swimming. Later I started teaching Adult and Senior aerobic classes, water aerobics, sit and be fit classes, group and individual personal traning and even line dancing.

At Biodezyne Center we offer personal training and nutritional services via video to clients all over the United States. We are here to build you a custom plan to meet your unique goals.
