From the moment of the first call through the (on time!) visit for my estimate, explanation of work to be done, through the preparation, treatment and clean up this project, everything was CLASS A+. Every phone call, text and email was promptly responded to; employees were highly trained, knowledgeable and professional. They were respectful of me, my property and even my animals! Ours was a nasty job in a very short (but huge) crawl space. They did the work without any complaints. Spent way more time than anyone anticipated. Bioclean's environmental hygienist was hired to do an air quality test because of the major mold problem we had going through our house. He was intensely thorough, friendly, professional, intelligent, knowledgeable about the process of remediation and the mold in our home. He was also the best price around for a high quality test which included checking every nook and corner with a black light and electronic meter, taking swab tests and air tests and getting back to us immediately once the lab results came in. I have had headaches for 3-4 months seemingly connected to time sleeping or working in my condo lower level. Tom did a free inspection and tested several areas above my dropped ceiling tiles. The areas were negative for mold. My Doctor suspected presence of an irritant since Co2 and mold were negative. I hired Tom�s team to do a ceiling to floor detailed cleaning, a Hepa Vac of carpeting and run an air scrubber for a couple days. If you need a detailed cleaning for any reason I recommend Bryant and Shovona at BioClean. They pulled back sofa, chest of drawers, bookcases; cleaned every shoe, book, and furniture including the walls. It was their attitude that was the best.
