What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about the work that I do is that I get to experience the remarkable difference that this coaching makes in the lives of my clients. Many of my clients have reported that their coaching session with me is the most valuable hour of their week. And considering how successful so many of my clients are, this is a compliment I do not take lightly. It is a privilege to be of service to such remarkable men and women.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was working for Tony Robbins, the central theme I seemed to keep hearing (whether it be from Tony's mouth or from the others with whom I was working) was the importance of doing your own thing, holding nothing back, and giving impeccable service to the world. So, I guess it was about me. But once I started to work with my first few clients, the love that I ended up having for them, and the joy I experience in watching them break through to ever-expanding levels of achievement and fulfillment have become the primary sources of my daily inspiration that I have enjoyed for the past twenty years.

Unlike most coaches who decide one day that they are going to become a coach, my earliest clients happened to make that decision for me. Twenty years ago, my good friend David asked if I would be his business coach. One month later, another friend–Alex–asked me to be his coach.
