What kind of accounting services do you provide?
1. Data Entry: Entering all transactions in QuickBooks to keep the books up-to-date.
2. Accounts Receivable: Recording payments from clients and reconciling accounts to ensure that all
payments are accurately recorded.
3. Accounts Payable: Recording vendor invoices and reconciling accounts to ensure that all payments
are made in a timely manner.
4. Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling the company’s bank statement to QuickBooks to ensure that all
transactions are recorded accurately.
5. Financial Statements: Preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets,
income statements, and cash flow statements.
6. Budgeting: Preparation of annual budgets to help the company plan for the future and make
informed financial decisions.
7. Sales Tax Returns: Preparation and filing of sales tax returns to ensure compliance with state and
local regulations.
8. Year-End Close: Preparation of year-end financial statements and tax returns to support the
company’s tax reporting obligations.
9. Other ad-hoc bookkeeping tasks as required.
