WONDERFUL food, had them cater a birthday party! They had the best pulled pork, brisket, tacos you name it! Everything is homemade from scratch and the tray of scalloped potatoes were the best I've ever had! The potato salad is so good! The pickled red onions are to die for! Whether they are cooking for a small gathering or large party, they could handle it all. Very professional and friendly caters. They can make everything and anything you desire! Excellent food and customer service!!  We were fortunate enough to find Big Top Catering and used them for my daughters graduation party. The food was exceptional - pulled pork, brisket , potato salad, pickled onions, grilled vegetables, fresh corn bread with homemade honey butter.  We also had them make TIramisu  and oh my it was the best we have ever tasted. The whole process went smoothly, very responsive to emails and phone calls. I will definitely be using them again in the future. You will  not be disappointed , give them a try. More...
